This page explains what personal data we collect through fixelli.ro and how we use it.

What we collect

When you send a configuration, a shop request or a contact message, we collect your name, phone, email, city (optional), message and the configuration you chose. To protect the site from abuse we temporarily keep your IP address.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you: your quote, order confirmation or service booking. The legal basis is your consent and the pre-contractual steps you ask us to take (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted, except those that led to a sale (kept as accounting law requires).

Who we share it with

We never sell your data or share it for marketing. Data is hosted on fixelli’s own server. When you order a bike, we pass the manufacturer only what is needed for delivery and warranty.

Cookies

The public site sets no cookies. Your shop list is stored locally in your browser until you send it. We use no marketing or analytics cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or withdraw your consent, at any time by writing to oferte@fixelli.ro. You can also complain to the Romanian authority ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
