fixelli started in 2018 out of a simple frustration: nobody in Romania officially imported serious cargo bikes. So we did. Then we realised we had to be able to repair them too — that’s how the workshop came about. Then, slowly, the community.
From curiosity to a category
In 2017 Adrian Guriev saw his first Bullitt on the streets of Copenhagen. A year later the first container arrived in Romania. A cargo bike doesn’t sell from a photo — you have to ride it and load it with something real. But every customer who tried one bought one. As the fleet grew, it became clear you can’t distribute cargo bikes without a serious workshop.
