We open the motor. We don’t swap it for convenience.
Most workshops replace the whole drive unit because it’s easier. We open it up. In most cases a Brose motor can be reconditioned — bearings, seals, belt, sensors, electronics — for a fraction of the price of a new one. We tell you upfront whether it’s worth it, with the diagnosis on the table.

We read errors from the drive unit, battery, display and sensors with the Brose tool.

Updates straight from the manufacturer, error resets, assistance set-up.
Motor reconditioning
Bearings, seals, belt, sensors and electronics — or replacement with an original motor.

Bearings, seals, belt, sensors and electronics — we replace only what’s worn. We swap the whole motor only when reconditioning no longer makes sense.

Brose is our speciality, with the full service package. For Shimano EP / STEPS and Bosch motors we offer a limited service: diagnostics, software updates and basic repairs.
